About the event
In the financial world, a significant part of Compliance takes the form of the obligation to report to the Authority a series of extremely sensitive information on one's own operations and the behavior of one's clients. This ongoing conversation highlights the need for the intermediary to equip itself with an innovative and advanced framework - models and tools that allow it to make its work increasingly agile and safe and, at the same time, provide the Authority with increasingly precise and useful data.
The entrance of the citizen-customer into the arena and, above all, the need for coherence, lead to the need to use methods and tools for data control and for the prevention or correction of errors. Both for regulatory and organizational elements within the intermediaries, the denotation of the relationships and the identification of the subjects varies in the different communications, preventing correct data control. It should be added that the "relationship" and the "subject" (primarily identified by its tax code) are the cornerstones of each communication to the Authorities.
The day analyzes in depth what tools the Revenue Agency offers to Intermediaries (the Consistency Photograph of the Registry of Relationships and the Tax Code Validation Service), how and when to use them best, but also how the Intermediary must change its organizational structure (processes and procedures) to make the best use of the new tools.
