About the event
The Revenue Agency has published the provision for the Automatic Exchange of Cross-Border Mechanisms (DAC6). https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it/portale/web/guest/provvedimento-del-26-novembre-2020-scambio-automatico-meccanismi-transfrontalieri-dac6-
The first reporting, relating to cross-border mechanisms subject to the reporting obligation relating to the period between 1 July 2020 and 31 December 2020, shall be made within thirty days from 1 January 2021.
We will discuss it together on Thursday, December 10th.
