DAC6 – Obligations for Holding Companies

We have organized an in-depth discussion dedicated to the specificities of the DAC6 standard for Holdings.

In fact, both financial holding companies and those assimilated to them pursuant to Legislative Decree 29 November 2018, n. 142 are required to comply with the DAC6 communication obligations .

We have participated in discussions on the topic in institutional settings and we already have the software solution ready to comply with the legislation.

The DAC6 standard It is part of the measures adopted at Community level to strengthen the tools to combat tax evasion and avoidance on an international scale.

It is closely connected, and part of a larger mosaic, with other initiatives such as Atad, BEPS and CRS. The intermediaries and the taxpayer involved in the operation are required to communicate the cross-border mechanism to the Revenue Agency.
